Everything Sports – Terms of Sale

1. General
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Everything Sports, in-store or online. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase (online or in-store).

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Everything Sports reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

3. Orders

  • Orders are subject to availability.

  • We do our best to deliver within the timeframes provided, but delays with third-party couriers may occur.

  • Once dispatched, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is available Australia-wide and internationally.

  • Free local pickup is available from our West Gosford store:
    Unit 5, 6 Bowen Crescent, West Gosford NSW 2250.

  • Pickup orders are generally ready within 1–3 business days.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Returned items must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Exclusions: custom or personalised orders, clearance/sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once items are inspected and approved.

6. In-Store Returns

  • Eligible returns can be made directly at our West Gosford store.

  • Refunds for in-store returns will be processed back to the original payment method — no cash refunds for online purchases.

7. Liability

  • Everything Sports is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Everything Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding faulty items as required by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, designs, and product images remain the property of Everything Sports.

  • Customers may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
